Build A House Program
Our Build a House Program allows you to donate to a house specific house/family or to the fundraising efforts of a specific group (church, buisness or campus organization).

Bama Blitz
This program is a partnership between students, friends, and alumni of the University of Alabama with Habitat Tuscaloosa to rebuild our community. It's designed to help students with full schedules still make a difference and engage in the recovery.

Sponsor a Home or a Company Team Build
The full cost of a Habitat house sponsorship is $75,000. Partial sponsorships are also available. You might also want to consider sponsoring a team build day for your company or organization. To discuss the options contact:

Gifts-In-Kind
Our construction department works with many generous partners in the community who supply such needed goods as windows, doors, siding, tools, appliances and many other items needed to complete a Habitat house. From small businesses to large corporations, partners making in-kind donations are invaluable to Habitat's house building effort. For more information about making an in-kind donation contact:

Gifts of Stock or Employer Matching Gifts
To find out how you possibly qualify for a significant tax deduction through bequests, charitable gift annuities, and charitable remainder trusts. Check with your employer; your company may have a Matching Gift program, or would like to set one up. To discuss this further contact:

Cars for Homes
When you donate a car, truck, boat, or RV through Cars for Homes, Habitat’s official vehicle donation program, Habitat Tuscaloosa will receive the net proceeds from your vehicle donation. It’s quick and easy to donate by calling 1-877-277-HFHI (4344) toll free or visiting online at www.carsforhomes.org. Be sure to let them know the donation is for Habitat for Humanity of Tuscaloosa.
